THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.8064 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.1 in Crime No.629 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Kushaiguda Division registered for the offence punishable under Section 370(A)(2) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of PIT Act, 1956.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that she was running a brothel house. On 16.06.2022 the police conducted raid at the premises where the petitioner is running the said brothel house and she was arrested on the same day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police registered the case and after completion of investigation charge sheet is also filed.

On instructions learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that there were no minors who are found in the said premises.

In the said circumstances, since the petitioner is in jail from 16.06.2022, she can be granted the relief of regular bail. 7.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused No.1 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of X Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, MedchalMalkajgiri District at Medchal. ii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned Court on every date of hearing without fail, failing which

the prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail granted to this petitioner/Accused No.1.

iii) The petitioner/Accused No.1 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________ K.SURENDER, J Date: 14.09.2022 ns
