Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 - Sub Inspector of Police, Charakonda Police Station, Charakonda, Nagarkurnool District, in not registering the crime in pursuance of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.06.2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Crime No.43/ 2018 dated 13.07.2018 was registered and investigation is taken up. Learned counsel produced copy of FIR.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
