This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.11.2019 requesting them not to grant any layout in respect of the lands in Sy.No.149 admeasuring Ac.0.23 gts, Sy.No.150 admeasuring Ac.0.06 gts, Sy.No.151 admeasuring Ac.0.01gts, Sy.No.153 admeasuring Ac.0.06 gts Sy No.155 admeasuring Ac.

0.07 gts Sy.No.156 admeasuring Ac.0.17 gts Sy. No.152 admeasuring Ac.0.06 gts Sy.No.154 Part admeasuring Ac.0.09 gts Sy. No.199 Part admeasuring Ac.0.14 gts ,total land admeasuring Ac.2.09 gts, situated at Saheb Nagar Kalan, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belongs to the petitioner in favour of 7th respondent with his associates applied for sanction of layout in respect of land in the aforesaid survey numbers which they purchased under registered sale deed dated 16.9.1971, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 6 to consider the representation dated 13.11.2019 submitted by the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Narsimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for H.M.D.A, the 4th respondent herein.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.11.2019, by resolving the matter, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 7th respondent, and pass appropriate orders in

accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till a decision is taken on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.11.2019, the 4th respondent shall not release any layout permissions in respect of the subject lands.
