HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4814 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted application dated 27.8.2016 to the 3rd respondent, requesting to grant D-Form pattas by way of assignment for the government land admeasuring Ac.1.05 1⁄2 cents each in their favour out of Ac.28.57 cents, covered by survey No.776 of Kakulavarigudem Revenue Village in Buttaigudem Mandal of West Godavari District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that petitioners' application dated 27.08.2016 for grant of D-Form pattas is pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
