HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.504 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the orders dated 07.12.2011 in I.A.No.796 of 2011 in O.S.No.1679 of 2007 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

As per the office note, the suit was dismissed with costs on 24.09.2012. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit was dismissed in the year 2012. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 17.03.2017. Today also no representation on behalf of the petitioners, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the purpose of filing of this revision petition has become infructuous.
