The petitioner claims to have purchased the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4-00 cents bearing D.No.229/49.3 situated at Rajupalem Village and Mandal, Guntur District, under registered sale deed Document No.3938 of 2007, dated 29-08-2007 and states to be in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner applied under Form-VI for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds by paying requisite fee in Mee-Seva on 26-09-2014. Another application was also made by the petitioner on 11-12-2014. Alleging that till date, the 3rd respondent has not considered the said applications, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. Keeping in view that the petitioner's application is pending from September, 2014, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to examine the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within forty five days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
