HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.12249 OF 2007 ORDER:

The Writ Petition was dismissed for default against the 1st respondent-workman by order of this Court dated 23.06.2011. The 2nd respondent i.e., the labour Court is merely a proforma party. As the Writ Petition has been dismissed against the 1st respondent, it must be dismissed against the 2nd respondent also. The Writ Petition fails and is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
