This writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondent‐Corporation in not considering the petitioners' building application vide B.A.No.14494/2015/ACP‐I/DIV.No.05 Zone dated 30.11.2015 for construction of ground + five floors. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record the proceedings in B.A.No.4494/2015/ACP‐I, dated 16.12.2015 whereunder the application made by the petitioners was returned. However, the communication has been addressed in favour of M/s.N.R.K. Builders, represented by N.Rama Krishna. 3.

In the light of the submission made by the respondents, the Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them as per law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
