Sri V. Ravinder Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for G. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner Bank, would inform this Court that by virtue of the interim orders passed in these Writ Petitions, the cause has worked itself out.

Sri V.V. Ramana, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent in both these Writ Petitions also concedes so.

In that view of the matter, we see no reason to adjudicate the main Writ Petitions on merits.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
