Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioners that the deed of conveyance executed by their vendor, in respect of Flat No.402, 4th floor, Sai Mummidi Mansion, admeasuring 1525 Sq. yards, along with an undivided share of land of 62 Sq yards in Plot Nos.1 and 2 in Sy.Nos.41/8 and 41/9 of Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, when submitted for registration on 04.12.2019, the SubRegistrar, refused to receive and process the same. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is filed.

A copy of the sale deed is filed from Page No.9 in the writ petition paper book.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submit that so far, petitioners have not paid stamp duty and there is no material to show that the document was actually presented, but the SubRegistrar, refused to receive. 5.

Having regard to the same, the petitioners are granted liberty to present the deed of conveyance before the Sub-Registrar after paying the stamp duty, as admissible and on presentation of the document with stamp duty, the Sub-Registrar, shall receive and process the same. If the Sub-Registrar is not agreeing for registration of document, he shall assign reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioners. The entire

- 3 - exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the document.
