Heard Iearned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.

2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking the relief is as follows:

*Io issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents nos.2 &3 in not providing information, .i.e, complaint dated 29.12,2019 lodged by Respondent no.4 against me as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of articles of 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to provide the information sought by the petitioner or to pass such necessary order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interests of justice."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on ( behalf of respondent No.2 brings on record the written instructions vide letter dated 24.01.2023 of the Public Information Officer, Bharosa Centre, Gachibowli, Cyberabad - the 2nd respondent herein addressed to the Office of the Government Pleader, Information Technology, High Court

Telangana State, Hyderabad that on24.01.2023 morning they have informed the petitioner through whatsapp message that they had been instructed to furnish the information sought by the petitioner to the petitioner herein.

4. The said letter dated 24.0t.2023 of the Public Information Officer, Bharosa Centre, Gachibowli, Cyberabad is brought on record and a copy duly served to the counsel for the petitioner, who has fairly submitted that the writ petition could be closed.

Considering the above submission and bringing the said letter dated 24.01.2023 with its annexure on record in the I present writ petition, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

I Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ _1 Petition, shall stand closed.
