THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B.CHANDRA KUMAR Contempt Case No.1417 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC submits that the respondent had complied with the order dated 14.06.2013 in W.P.M.P No.20513 of 2013 in W.P. No.16914 of 2013 and issued proceedings No.P2/876(1)/13-TPG, dated 20.12.2013.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent has not paid wages from the date of passing of the interim order till the date of reinstatement. If that is the case, the petitioner shall file a separate application seeking a direction to respondent for payment of wages for the said period since the writ petition is still pending. In the circumstances, contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for arrears of wages, if any. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
