The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in conducting enquiry into Crime No.490 of 2019 registered on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, in a biased manner, as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that a case is registered in Crime No.490 of 2019 on 16.10.2019 on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, for the offences under Sections 420, 493, 376(2)(n) IPC and Sections 3(ii)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, on the basis of a complaint given by one Santi Asritha, the seventh respondent in this writ petition, and in the said crime, the petitioner is shown as accused No.1 and the matter is under investigation. 4.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the official respondents, since a case has been registered and is under investigation by the authority concerned, no interference is called for at this stage.
