HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.27664 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

It is the case of the petitioners that the 4th respondent is running the business under the name and style of Bhimavaram Chicken Pakoda Centre, situated at Vivek Nagar, Chikkapally, adjacent to Pendekanti Law College, Hyderabad, by encroaching foot path and public way, which is causing very much inconvenience to the petitioners and other residents since their life is miserable with the smell and also dogs are moving around the shop all the time and creates traffic problems. Hence, he made several representations before the respondents but no action is being initiated by the respondents. Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Municipality, upon instructions, submits that within a period of one week from today, the respondents would certainly initiate action in accordance with law.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action upon the representations made by the petitioners against 4th respondent in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today. No costs.
