THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1277 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, it may not be necessary to issue notices to the respondents.

The present civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the I.A.No.15 of 2016, at the earliest. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the said I.A.No.15 of 2016 was filed in the month of January, 2016, till date, the same is not disposed of.

Having regard to the facts in issue, the C.R.P. is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the I.A., if not already disposed of, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 4 to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
