THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.27127 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case is filed by the petitioners to absorb the petitioners into APGENCO without detriment to the seniority in the combined seniority list of APSEB.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that the petitioners have already been allotted as per their options to the respective companies. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that if the petitioners are still aggrieved by the orders, they are at liberty to submit a representation within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within four weeks thereafter. With the above observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
