O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that, though she is proceeding with the construction as per the permission granted by the 4th respondent - Gram Panchayat Cheriyal Village and Mandal, earlier Siddipet District, vide Rc.No.780/GPC/2018 dated 09.06.2018, which is valid from 09.06.2018 to 08.06.2020, the authorities of the 3rd respondent, are interfering with the construction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent - Corporation, on instructions, submits that the officials of the 3rd respondent are not interfering with the construction of the petitioner, and if there is any deviation of sanctioned plan, the official of the 3rd respondent - Corporation will take action in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the construction activity of the petitioner, provided the same is in conformity with the sanctioned plan.

It is needless to observe that in the event of any deviation from the sanctioned plan, it is open for the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
