HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.27663 OF 2019 ORDER:

Counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent civil court for obtaining succession certificate so as to enable the claimants to seek disbursement of retirement benefits of the deceased employee.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
