Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.

During the course of hearing, learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.71 of 2014, investigation was completed and a charge sheet was filed. The case was taken on file as C.C.No.282 of 2014 and the same was ended in acquittal on 28.06.2017.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
