THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24326 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation that the respondent-Corporation issued notices under Section 452 (1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (hereinafter, referred to as 'the Act'), on 27.07.2018, to the unofficial respondents in the present Writ Petition and waiting for the reply. It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent-Corporation also issued notice under Sections 452 (1) and 452 (2) of the Act to the petitioner also. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that further action pursuant to the said notices will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices and opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
