HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.24264 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the civil disputes between petitioners 2 and 3 and respondents 3 and 5 and directing them to settle the civil disputes.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions states that case and counter cases were registered against the petitioner as well as unofficial respondents. Except registering the cases, the respondent-police never interfered into the civil disputes as alleged by the petitioners. Two crimes are registered viz., Cr.Nos 99 and 100 of 2018 against the petitioners and unofficial respondents respectively.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
