Aggrieved by the inaction of the 5th respondent on the complaint of the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.276 of dated 12-07-2018 was registered in pursuant to the complaint dated 07-07-2018 made by the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
