This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A8 to A10 and A12 to A23 in Crime No.563 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Urban.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer referred the matter as 'lack of evidence'. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
