HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3637 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings in Lr.No.D1/203/2016 dated 25.11.2016 and the respondent authorities in seeking to violate and interfere with constitution rights of the petitioner over the subject land comprising of Ac.8-23 gts in Sy.No.62/1A, Ac.4-20 gts in Sy.No.244 and Ac.1-19 gts in Sy.No.79, 80 and 81 total admeasuring Ac.15-13 gts forming integral parts and parcels of premises known as "Tech Mahindra Technology Centre" situated at Bahadurpally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Medchal District and constructions made thereon, without issuing any notice to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016, rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
