This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.5 in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2018 sent through RPAD.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.303/2018 is registered on 03.08.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
