HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24299 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent-police in interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the subject land at the instigation of unofficial respondents 5 to 17 and thereby interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondents 5 to 17, without following the due process of law. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that one V.Saidulu requested the police to provide police protection for conducting survey with regard to the land to an extent of Ac.06.0718 in Survey No.400 on 04.07.2018 and the same was entered in General Diary; that thereafter the respondent police obtained proposals for further steps; and that except that the respondent police never interfered with the petitioners' peaceful possession as alleged by them. The other allegations made by the petitioners were all denied. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-police not to interfere with

the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondents 5 to 17. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 26.07.2018 t k.
