This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the proceedings dated 22.07.2004 including the proceedings F.No.25-3320 dated 22.09.2004 issued by the first respondent as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and consequently set aside the same with direction to continue the petitioner as Senior Assistant at State Bank of India, Chirala Branch, Chirala with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
