Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 24.04.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
