THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 7320 OF 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The prayer sought in the Writ petition is as under: " ...to Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein in general and 3rd respondent in particular to desist from causing harassment resulting in interfering with the day-to-day religious rights, duties and functions of the petitioner as Sajjada Nasheen of Dargah Hazrat Yousufain, Nampally, Hyderabad; by declaring the action of the respondents herein being violative of Art. 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of India, apart from violative of principles of natural justice."

In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No.3, it is mentioned that on the complaints of the Wakf Board authorities, as many as seven cases have been registered against the petitioner herein and his henchmen for interfering into the affairs of the Dargah and abusing the authorities, vide Cr.No. 28 of 2014 and etc., Except registration of the above said cases against the petitioner and proceeding with the investigation as per law, respondent Police are not interfering into the day to day affairs of the petitioner and they are not harassing the petitioner. 4.

Though a counter affidavit is filed, no reply affidavit is filed by the petitioner rebutting the allegations made by respondent No.3. 5.

Having regard to the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
