This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioner/A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.77 of 2013 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpaly, Cyberabad.

Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioner/A2. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 5.06.2017, issued by Inspector of Police, Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, would submit that the matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat on 31.10.2013 and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Considering his submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
