HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Writ Petition No.19487 of 2017 O R D E R :

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authority in not considering the petitioner's appeal dated 17.2.2014 and notice/representation dated 1.2.2016 seeking regularization of site vide application D.Pr.LRS.No.2325/G3/2009, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in the petitioner's appeal dated 17.2.2014 and notice/representation dated 1.2.2016 seeking regularisation of site vide application D.Pr.LRS.No.2325/G3/2009 forthwith.

Heard Sri O.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and perused the material available on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.2.2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
