This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 07.06.2018 passed in I.A.No.30 of 2016 in O.S.No.1144 of 1988 on the file of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh civil revision petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of documents to the petitioner as per procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
