THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Contempt Case No.1793 of 2018 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter Dt.11.09.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Contempt Case since the order, whose non-compliance is questioned in this contempt case, has been complied with. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
