This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed seeking to quash the docket order dated 24.10.2019 passed by the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurabad, in C.C.No.513 of 2018.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
