This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the appellant/respondent No.1 challenging the order dated 19.12.2015 passed in O.P.No.625 of 2012 on the file of the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
