HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.2898 of 2015 ORDER:

After hearing learned counsel for petitioners, at the admission stage the following order is passed:

A perusal of the charge-sheet shows the prima facie accusation against the petitioners, as such it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The petitioners have to face trial and put-forth the defences which are legally permissible to them for consideration of the trial Court.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
