This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in l the event of his arrest in connection with an un-registered crime on I I!
the file of Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District. i 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are pending civil disputes and on earlier occasion a false complaint was also filed which was registered as Crime No.212 of 2022 on 29.05.2022 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 290, 506 and 427 of IPC. He also submits that the petitioner apprehends that on account of the pending litigations he may be again implicated in criminal cases.

In the said circumstances, in the event of police registering any offence against this petitioner and the offences alleged are less than seven years, respondent-Police shall carry out the investigation by following the procedure as contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in
Crl.Petition No.8110 of 2022 Arnesh Kumar v. State of Biha/scrupulously. It is needless to say, any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously. 4.
