It arises out of the order, dated.05-08-2015, passed in I.A.No.1098 of 2013 in O.S.No.290 of 2009 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada, Krishna District. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 31-01-2018 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
