Learned counsel for the appellants filed a memo in U.S.R.No.1665 of 2015 requesting this Court to dispose of the appeal, as appellant No.2 has no objection to pass a final decree in the suit in view of the settlement of the dispute by the elders of both the families.

2. Memo is recorded and in view of the memo, the Appeal Suit is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Appeal Suit shall stand closed.
