HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.17542 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking release of salary to the petitioner from 01.08.2001 onwards. A perusal of the docket sheet discloses that this Court was pleased to pass the interim order dated 23.10.2003 as follows :- " There shall be an interim direction to the respondents to release the salary of the petitioner as per the eligibility and pay the same regularly every month, if he is continuing in service as on date."

The said interim order was made absolute on 13.12.2004. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
