Vankayala Narasinga Rao v. Landa Rama Raju
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2742 OF 2017 DATED:23-06-2017 Between:
Vankayala Narasinga Rao ... Petitioner And Landa Rama Raju and others ... Respondents COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONER: Mr. V. Surendra Reddy COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENTS: - THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
CVNR, J CRP 2742/2017 ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.09.09.2016 in I.A. No.882 of 2016 in O.S. No.1090 of 2016, on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.
A perusal of the order under revision shows that the Court below while adjourning the case to 29.09.2016, directed both parties to maintain status quo until further orders.
Mr. V. Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client would not have filed this revision petition but for the fact that the lower Court has not disposed of the I.A. though nearly nine months had elapsed. He, therefore, requested for a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the I.A. expeditiously. In the light of the limited grievance of the petitioner as referred to above, the lower Court is directed to dispose of I.A. No.882 of 2016 within three months from the date of receipt of this order. The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P. No.3619 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
