THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10101 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime.No.341 of 2023 on the file of Suryapet Town Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offences under Sections 509, 506, 452, 504 and 323 r/w. 109 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This Court in W.P.No.28472 of 2023 filed by A-1 had granted relief to A-1 directing the Police not to arrest him without permission from the concerned Court. These petitioners are A-2 to A-4 in the said case. All the offences are punishable less than seven years.

In the said circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of anticipatory bail, subject to following conditions:-

1) The petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Suryapet

Town Police Station, Suryapet District, on or before 20.10.2023. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners on bail, on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

2) On such release, petitioners/Accused Nos.2, 3 and 4 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer at 10.00 A.M on every Monday for a period of four weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

3) The petitioners/Accused Nos. 2, 3 and 4 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
