HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3001 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 05.02.2004 issued by the 3rd respondent transferring the petitioners to Sitaramapuram and Vadlamuru respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings vide order dated 19.02.2004 in WPMP No.3959 of 2004.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim orders granted by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
