There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 30/11/2018 there was no representation, therefore, the matter is posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even then, there is no response from the petitioner today.
2. The prayer sought in this writ petition are as under : "to declare the action of the third respondent in not waiving off the fee and not permitting the children of the petitioner in third respondent-school as per the proceedings of the second respondent in Rc.No.7987/B6/2014, dated 11/09/2014, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and consequently to direct the third respondent to allow the children of the petitioner for free education in third respondentschool as per the above proceedings and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
3. Respondent No.3 filed a counter-affidavit stating as under:
" the qualification of the petitioner, Mr.Mohammed Sirajuddin is shown as Inter in all the admission forms of his children. The occupation is shown as business in the admission forms of Mohd. Nooruddin and Malika Siraj and in the admission forms of Mohd. Wahajuddin and Aatikah Siraj the occupation of the petitioner is shown as STD shop [Alnoor] submitted in the year 2009 and 2011 respectively. The admission forms of all the four children are filed herewith, apart from other aspects."
4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
