Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 3 and 4.

Petitioner contends that she had applied on 10.01.2016 vide application No.3000032641 for regularization of her plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dt.02.11.2015, but the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon. 3.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application referred to above within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application referred to above within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
