HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.2 4 5 5 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the application of the petitioner, dated 15.12.2015, for grant of permission for digging fish tanks in Sy.No.238/ 1B of Kommu Chikkala village, Poduru Mandal, West Godavari District, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader seeks further time to get instructions.

Since it is the only grievance of the petitioner that the respondents are not considering the application, dated 15.12.2015, and as no orders have been communicated so far to the petitioner, as submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate Orders on the said application, if not already passed, and to communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
