This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to

declare the action of the respondents, in not considering the petitioners' application, dated 20-082015, seeking appointment as Trustee Members of Sri Chowdeswari Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple, Pathebada, Eluru, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider their application.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Eswar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper pleadings and material.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
