HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 4769 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 6 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2012 by transferring the respondents 7 and 9 from Pulivendula circle to any other place till the completion of private complaint case and provide protection to him and to his family members.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
