THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9212 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 in P.R.C. No.31 of 2015 on the file of the Court of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition. A letter dated 24.7.2017 to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.
