HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24275 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Ms.J.Sumathi for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to issue an order or direction or a writ more particularly one in nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent in not demarcating the boundaries of Plot No.23, B.Y.Nagar Rayani Cheruvu, Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District in Survey No.703 of petitioner in pursuance of the Notice of the Deputy Inspector of Survey 2017 dated 21.02.2017 on reference made by the RDO, Sircilla Orders file No.D/ 300/ 2017 dated 10.01.2017 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable as it is violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to conduct survey and demarcate as per Orders in File No. D/ 300/ 2017 dated 10.01.2017 ......" .

The Assistant Government Pleader by referring to written instructions informs the Court that with regard to the request of the petitioner, the 4th respondent will communicate the decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

By accepting and placing the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader on record, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
